The whole road to your licence, mapped out
Manitoba's graduated licensing programme has fixed waiting periods and hard rules. Most learners find out about them the hard way — a wasted trip to an Autopac agent, or a road test booked months later than it needed to be.
We track your dates for you. The day you become eligible, you will already know.

Register with MPI
Day oneVision test, knowledge test, and your Class 5L is issued. We will tell you exactly what to bring so you only go once.

Class 5L — learner stage
9 months minimumLessons with a supervising driver beside you. This is where the work happens, and where a good instructor saves you months.

Mock test, then the real one
Around month 8A full dress rehearsal on the actual MPI routes, scored the way an examiner scores it — so test day is familiar, not frightening.

Class 5I — intermediate
15 monthsRoad test passed. You drive on your own, with a few restrictions still in place.
